Support our Research and Conservation work

Our research and conservation work is expensive.  Sea days cost around R3000 minimum in fuel, launch fees etc, field trips to attend whale or seal strandings are typically R2000 in fuel and expendables and that’s before including people time, office space, internet etc.  We greatly welcome any donations to our efforts and for direct donations we can use Paypal, BuymeaCoffee, Snapscan or Direct bank transfer.

We’d love to set up a more long-lasting partnership where donations could be included as part of a product line – shirts,  wine, lagers…if you’re in that business and are interested in partnering with us – drop us a line!  We’d love to partner with artists on a project like this too!

If you’re keen to assist by offering your services – most of our research work is done by team members who are biology graduates or existing students. We definitely lack skills and need help in marketing, web design, graphic design and art, social media managing and some technical skills like engineering or mechanics on a more project by project basis.
